Catching up

It's been a while since either of us posted. We have been busy getting through life with a 6 year old. Sean's report card was good. He is weak in reading and math, which we knew, but he is very gifted in grasping history and science concepts!
Michael turned 31 on April 1. We enjoyed celebrating with Sean.
On April 3 we attended a Gwinnett Gladiator Ice Hockey game with the Doves, and their son, William, who is only 2 weeks older than Sean. I have included a shot of the boys with Maximus, the Gladiator mascot.
On April 4 Sean and Michael attended a model train expo in Norcross. They had a blast! Good boy bonding time. Later that day Sean rode his new bike without training wheels for the first time! We are so proud of him!
Sunday I had a revelation: I have an amazing husband. In my 31 years I have met many different kinds of men. God truly gave me a heart for the one man who matches what I want and need the most. Michael's priorities are honesly God first, and family second. That is exactly what I have prayed my entire life for. That is how God intended it to be. Michael wants nothing more than to be a strong man of God and a strong father and husband. Thank you, Lord, for my precious husband, and thank you, Michael, for seeking God's heart. I love you!
